🚚 Delivery times and methods
The timeframes start from when we have received the completed VAT reduced-rate form and the payment is available in our account: with a bank transfer, the countdown starts on the day the funds are credited, which may be a few days after the date you initiated it.
- Preparation and packaging: 3-7 business days
- Shipping: 2-10 business days
The goods are not shipped via express courier but by a standard courier, who will call you 1-2 business days before delivery to agree on a time slot: please provide a number in the order that is always reachable.
💶 Information on price, reduced VAT and payment methods
The indicated price includes reduced VAT at 10%, a rate applicable to products intended for energy production from renewable sources (photovoltaic systems and components).
The application of the reduced rate is subject to meeting the prescribed requirements under the regulations and the completion and submission of the reduced VAT request form.
Payment method: to benefit from tax deductions, payment must be made via bank transfer. However, it is possible to request a payment method other than a bank transfer — for example, if you do not wish to benefit from the deductions. In this case, the payment may involve the charging of fees applied by the payment service provider (e.g. PayPal or cards), which are added to the indicated price.
