🚚 Delivery times and methods

The times are calculated from when we have received the completed VAT-reduced form and the payment is available in our account: with a bank transfer, it starts from the day of the credit, which can arrive a few days after the date on which you arranged it.

• Preparation and packaging: 3-7 business days
• Shipping: 2-10 business days

The goods do not travel with an express courier but with a traditional courier, who calls you 1-2 business days before delivery to agree on the time slot: indicate a number in the order that is always reachable.
